About Pole Position Fitness

Jo Thomas

Jo is a Level 3 qualified Pole Fitness Instructor who has been loving and teaching pole fitness for over 10 years. She is also a Level 2 Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Her passion for pole was routed by the idea of having fun whilst getting fit. She teaches a variety of classes including Pole Conditioning, Strength Training, Flexible Pole, Pole Circuits and even Pole Punch!

Qualified Aerial Silks Instructor
Crossfit Level 1 Certified
