About Pole Position Fitness

Jo Thomas

Jo is a Level 4 qualified Pole Fitness Instructor who has been loving and teaching pole fitness for over 15 years. She is also a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

However, her fitness qualifications don’t end there! She also offers Crossfit training, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Yoga.

Her passion for pole, aerial fitness and personal training was routed by the idea of having fun whilst getting fit. She teaches a variety of classes including Pole Conditioning, Strength Training, Flexible Pole, Pole Circuits and even Pole Punch!
