The next six week course begins on Monday 26th October at 6pm. For safety reasons during COVID, new beginners are encouraged to sign up to the Beginner Block with a friend who is within your social bubble, allowing you to share the same pole.

6 Week Beginner Course - £75 for six 1 hour classes.
This 6 week course is an excellent introduction to pole fitness, focusing on learning the basics including:
- Pole Conditioning
- Strength Conditioning
- Basic Moves
The beginner course must be completed in order to attend further pole lessons provided by Pole Positon Fitness.
All pole moves can be scaled, so don't worry if you think you are not strong enough.
A common phrase we hear is "I would like to try pole but i have no upper body strength". Well, strength comes with time and therefore its not a reason not to come and try pole. It's actually a reason to come and build strength.
We have a lot of fun and it's a great atmosphere... as you can see from the all the smiling faces!
