We are super excited to announce the launch of a brand new class this summer - BungeeFit!
BungeeFit is an incredibly fun aerobic workout using yes, you've guessed it, a bungee rope (and a state-of-the-art harness). The bungee adds resistance and allows temporary suspension in the air, giving you the feeling of flying. This is a high intensity workout that will be sure to put a smile and your face AND is gentle on your joints.
Offering an all-over body workout with elements of dance and aerial arts, we can't wait to get classes going.
All students are invited to complete a six week introduction course, which can then be followed by regular classes.
Sundays at 10am (starting 3rd October)
Sundays at 11am (starting 3rd October)
Mondays at 6.30pm (starting 4th October)
Tuesdays at 7.15pm (starting 19th October)
Wednesdays at 12.30pm (starting 20th October)
