We are super excited to announce the launch of a brand new class - BungeeFit!
BungeeFit is an incredibly fun aerobic workout using yes, you've guessed it, a bungee rope (and a state-of-the-art harness). The bungee adds resistance and allows temporary suspension in the air, giving you the feeling of flying. This is a high intensity workout that will be sure to put a smile and your face AND is gentle on your joints.
Offering an all-over body workout with elements of dance and aerial arts, we can't wait to get classes going.
All students are invited to complete a six week introduction course, which can then be followed by regular classes.
