Jo is a highly experienced fitness professional with over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, pole, and aerial industries. As a **Level 4 Qualified Pole Fitness Instructor**, she has spent two decades helping people build strength, confidence, and fitness through fun, effective, and empowering training.

Alongside her specialist pole qualifications, Jo is a **Level 2 Gym Instructor** and **Level 3 Personal Trainer**, with additional qualifications in Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebell Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Functional Fitness

Her diverse background allows her to support students of all ages and abilities, whether their goal is to improve fitness, increase strength and flexibility, learn aerial skills, or prepare for performance and competition.

Jo founded Pole Position Fitness with a simple belief: fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and accessible to everyone. Her classes combine expert coaching with a supportive community atmosphere where members can challenge themselves, achieve their goals, and have fun doing it.

Jo teaches a wide range of classes, including Pole Fitness, Pole Conditioning, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility Training, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga, TRX, Kettlebell Training, and Functional Fitness.

Her passion, experience, and commitment to her students have helped hundreds of people discover confidence, strength, and a love of movement they never knew they had.
